The European Museum of Modern Art, MEAM, exhibits Contemporary Figurative Art to promote and diffuse Figurative Art of the 20th and 21st Centuries. The museum finds a new contemporary language without denying tradition by progressing into the new Century. MEAM is located at the Gomis Palace, in the midst of the Born district of Barcelona, an area that knows how to mix tradition and modernity. MEAM is different from other Contemporary Art museums because it hosts living artists who create Figurative Art.
